We are headed into the home stretch of 2018. With only one more month in the year, and business slowing down, this is a great time to acknowledge and be thankful for the relationships that you’ve built over the year, and to start planning for next year.
It’s natural that business will slow down starting mid November, and may last through the first couple of weeks of the new year. This isn’t a particularly good time to begin establishing new relationships with Realtors, but it is a great time to nurture and remind current customers of the great relationships you do have.
Since you are likely to have more free time available, this is a great time to start planning for 2019.
