What makes some businesses boom and others flop? The stakes are high for entrepreneurs, and there’s no single path to success. But that doesn’t mean we can’t learn something from the business owners who have thrived over the years.
The Rave Stage is hosted by Melissa Marro, the founder of two successful home staging companies, and moderated by Kate Lewis. Melissa is all about the business side of staging. She loves comparing notes with entrepreneurs in wildly different lines of work. On The Rave Stage, Melissa sits down with local business leaders to share what experiences led to their success. She also touches on what failures were necessary to finally get that big “win.”
This week’s guest, John Miller, introduces himself as a “preacher’s kid.” John’s ministry is his law firm, Rock Solid Law, which specializes in small business representation, estate planning, real estate, and probate and trust administration. His community-first mentality has shaped Rock Solid’s coronavirus response, in which the firm has given away over $10,000 in services. But John isn’t just a lawyer; you may see him rocking out with the BayStreet Band on a local stage!
