Today, Jessica Carroll, Director of Business Development for Rave Home Staging, was the mentor on the call. Jessica manages all of our sales calls and events. Farming and daily lead generation.
One of the primary way of gaining a consistent stream of lead generation is what we call “farming”. Farming is a common term and action among Realtors. For home stagers, it consists of locating homes that are on the market, that meet your ideal client criteria (ex: are the homes vacant or occupied, are they in a price point or community that you want to work in, etc). This is how the farming process works at Rave Home Staging.
