Instead of basing the price of staging on the number and type of pieces you bring in and all of the other associated costs, consider charging a set percentage of the list price, somewhere around 1%. Rave does this for every home we stage because it means our customers automatically know the cost, and it means that there won’t be any conflict over last minute design changes, like having to bring in an extra, more expensive piece.
