When you stage a home, send a congratulations card to the buyer’s agent once the house closes. You can offer to stage any listings they might have, and you can even offer a free 1 hour design consultation to the buyers themselves. Since they obviously loved your work enough to close the deal, they’ll be likely to take you up on design services or staging other homes.
