You don’t want clients to feel like they’re in a rush to close before their staging contract runs out. That’s why we do a 90 day contract even though our pricing is based on a 60 day turn time. We usually get the furniture back long before the contract is up, but with a 90 day contract, our customers are less likely to worry about needing to renew their staging for another month on top of what they’ve already paid.
