Whether you’re a realtor or a home stager, do NOT share price-reduced listings on social media. There’s a small chance that the perfect person for that listing will happen to see it, and it can negatively affect your brand image. People who look up your profile will see that you have a lot of price-reductions and be less inclined to work with you.
