We’re pleased to announced the new RESA home staging statistics collector tool which will make it easier for you to track your personal statistics, as well as a means to report them back to RESA. This new tool can be downloaded by clicking the appropriate link, Canadian or United States (see below).
The Excel spreadsheet simplifies the process by calculating the statistics for you. You simply enter your data and let the program do the work. Then, at the end of the year, you email your excel spreadsheet to RESA HQ. RESA HQ will then merge the results together to determine the overall national statistics for both Canada and the United States.
NOTE: All data is kept anonymous. RESA uses the data to report the stats on the effectiveness of home staging. Because this information is reported to REALTORS, REALTOR Associations, as well as to the public, we rely on your help. The more statistics we can gather, the better.
This new tool will make tracking and reporting your statistics super easy. When you download the tool, you’ll see that there are three (3) tabs at the bottom. One tab is for reporting your statics on VACANT homes, the next tab is for OCCUPIED homes and the third tab provides you with DIRECTIONS on how to use the tool.
Use the data in your personal marketing to your future clients and submit at the end of the year to RESA so we can release statistics to the public.

Hi,
I’m looking for an advanced home staging course only.
Do you know where I might find this – either in person, through a book or online?
My ideal thing would be to have a book with a dvd that I can “train” through and take a final exam.
If I pass the exam, I could post my result online and then receive a certificate.
Can’t find anything like this.
The reason I’m looking is because I’ve studied design informally for over 25 years, and am now doing home staging but want to advance my skills.
I only find the all-in-one courses and not divided into beginner, intermediate and advanced.
Thanks for your help,
Duhita Speck

Duhita – We do provide continuing education and advanced classes that are not part of the foundation home staging courses. If you look under the Training tab, then Continuing Education you’ll see the various courses we offer. We specifically focused on areas that experienced home stagers ask us during mentoring sessions.
We also offer an advanced marketing & design course, however, it is not offered online, only in a classroom setting.
