I’m not trying to sell you on Tony Robbins, or his Business Mastery Course, but I will say that you need to watch this video if you are in business. Having a business strategy is vital, but he’s right, a 5 to 7 year strategy isn’t effective any longer. You need to be nimble. Still, you have to have a plan and you have to answer some deep but basic questions.

It would be funny if it weren’t so serious. One of the most important jobs that a real estate agent has is to protect the interests of their sellers. Still, time after time, whether through laziness, lack of education, fear of upsetting their client or simply not knowing what to say, we see photos that are more than a little comical in MLS.
