What business are you really in?

In our recent post, 5 Core questions & 7 Forces that will help you succeed in business, the question was asked, “What business are you really in?”  As simple as that should be to answer, sometimes it isn’t.  The product or commodity you provide, may not actually be what you are selling. Understanding customer needs will help you market and brand your business.
